NPAA's Cheer 2002

Start Times:    Flags, 85lb., and 95lb. Cheerleaders begin at 9:30 AM.
110lb., 135lb., and All-Star Teams will begin approx. 2:30 PM.

On November 24, 2002, we will be holding the twelfth annual cheerleading competition at Parkland High School.  This event is, without a doubt, one of the greatest opportunities that we have to show the athletic community; just what NPAA is capable of.  Just as our players express their talents and skills on the field, this day proves our cheerleaders have spirit, talent, and athleticism that cannot be beat!  With almost 1000 cheerleaders and their coaches attending, we have one awesome day planned for everyone who attends.  The high school gym has a seating capacity of over 3500, and we plan to fill it with SPIRIT and ENTHUSIASM like you've never witnessed!

However, as in all huge endeavors, we need everyone's help in pulling it off!  This event is a tremendous fundraiser for NPAA.  Proceeds help all of the wonderful programs that NPAA has, including, Baseball, Basketball, Football, as well as Cheering.  We are appealing to all of our families to help in any way they can.

ATTENTION Football Players!!!
Any football player who comes to support the cheerleaders will be admitted FREE!!!  Not only that, we will even feed you!  When you come through the ticket line, mention to the people taking the tickets you are a NPB football player and they will give you a voucher for a free hotdog.  Guys, this is your last chance to show the girls how much you appreciate the cheerleaders support all season!  Last year, we had many comments from other organizations about how cool it was that our players were there for us.  So, wear your red and black and bring your spirit!  It is a fun day to show your spirit for NPB!

I thank you in advance for your support of our competition, CHEER2002, and I promise you, you will be glad you came!  This is a great day to be part of North Parkland and we know it can be another success if we all pitch in!

Cheerfully yours,

Shellie Pany
